Thursday Night Burger Night
Thursday night burger night has been a lot of fun…..It began as a way to test out new ideas that might someday replace the burger on the menu, but the menu burger – which is an Ashbourne Farms Burger with hog jowl bacon jam and smoked chèvre on a pretzel bun – remains steady and well loved by many. And honestly, we don’t really want to change it. Heck when we come in to eat, that’s what we get. So we want it to stay, but we wanted to play around with some new burger toppings, so in comes Thursday Night Burger Special.
Last thursday, we had this wonderful little bit of deliciousness come from the harvest team..
ground sirloin, kimchee relish, crispy guanciale, sunny side egg with a side o’ waffle chips
And just for the sake of reminiscing, who could forget this guy…..
two ashbourne farms beef patties, nate’s special sauce, bibb chiffonade, pickled daikon on a sesame seed pretzel bun
So, what can you look for in the future? Rumor has it a Veggie Burger is coming soon…Stay Tuned!!!
